Who sells a 20" A2 upper these days?

I'm really wanting to build an M16A2 clone, but I can't find an upper anywhere. I'd like a 1/7 twist with chrome lining, but I'd settle for 1/9 if I have to.

I did see a High Standard rifle on Centerfiresystems.com that is exactly what I want, but they don't sell just the upper, and the high standard website isn't too helpful.

Anybody know of anyone that sells what I'm looking for?

A few years back, I had them build a lightweight flat-top 20". Dedicated varmint rig on top of my Colt. 1:14 twist; one MOA with a Weaver K-4. Call and ask.

Rock River Arms or White Oak Armament

On the higher end, you could get White Oak Precision, Compass Lake or Keystone Accuracy to build you one.

model1sales.com might be worth a look...I bought one of their 20" A2 kits a few years ago and it's been both reliable and accurate.

Looks like Rock River could be a possibility. CMMG and White Oak are a bit out of my range and White Oak has a big lead time too. Same as Model 1. I think I might just do a BCM A4 Flat top upper.

I found a website with a bunch of NOS Sabre Defence 20" uppers. I know theyve been shut down, but were they any good?
