Who made this .410? (no pics. sorry)

My family once had a .410 single shot break action nickled steel barrel without a rib, synthetic stock pistol grip connected at the base of the grip by a thin strip of plastic, a set of five holes for extra shells inside the stock against the shoulder pad making the shells extend horizontally.

Has anyone heard of such a thing?

It sounds like a Snake Charmer. I have one that sounds just like the one you have. I use it when clearing weeds and brush on the lower part of my property for snakes and other critters.

Snake Charmer. H & R made a similar gun but can't remember what they called it. It was also SS.

Looked at pics of the snake charmer but it doesn't have the slots for the extra shells.
