Which front sight for a Mauser M48?

Paul fixed my rifle! It now looks good, has a Timney trigger and a square notch rear sight. I'd like to get a blade front sight, preferably with a fiberoptic insert. Not sure which brands/models would fit narrow Mauser dovetail...please advise?

Oleg, Try MOJO sighting systems. Also, you could cut up the current sight with a hacksaw, file the front sight base flat at the appropriate place, file in a reverse dovetail of the correct size and mount a front sight off of a M14. Saw it done recently in a gun mag, looked pretty good. But you will probably have better results with the sight MOJO makes for the M48.

MOJO Phase III is really good. It replaces the front and rear sights with aperture sights. When you look through it, you see one circle inside another. Sounds weird, but it works once you get the hang of it. This avoids any permanent damage or alteration to the original.
