Sheridan Engineering makes regular and Slotted cartridge gauges. The slotted ones provide view of the case and gauge around the shoulder and neck. These can be very useful for troubleshooting sizing issues.

The gauges are exactly what they say. A cartridge gauge is for measuring a finished cartridge. A case gauge is for measuring a case before it is loaded. You can google the whys and wherefores and save me a lot of typing.
