You just picked the wrong time to get back into reloading that is all. It is there but it moves off of the shelves pretty fast. Have some patience you will eventual find the components that you are looking for in a year or so.
It is just the sign of the times and it believe it or not things are slowly getting better but don't expect to find bulk supplies at most stores right now.
I forgot to add it is pretty normal for us that have been reloading we just keep looking and things turn up.
