Tried to go to this website today to see what, if anything, is new regarding implementation of the new concealed carry law here in Illinois. Got a white screen with only "403 Forbidden" on it.

Never mind. Tried it again after about 10 minutes and now it is working.

Our Fios internet here at the house has been iffy, too.
Lots of no or real slow connections.
You guys have got to stop talking so danged much.
