What's the Deal with Ammoman

I have been trying to place an order with these people for two days. Their website won't accept the order. Then I tried to fax it - wouldn't go through(busy?). Lastly, I tried to phone it in. Phone just rang and rang until it made a funny noise and I was cut off. Are these people serious about being in business? What's the deal?

I've had nothing but great service from them.

I look to see what's on the web and then call the number to talk to Eric, he always answers the phone.

Remember, they are in New Jersey, so the time change might be a factor, but I always get a live body after 2 or so rings.

Must be a phone glitch, either on the part of the Phone Company or on the other end.

I know it's frustrating, but give them a shot in the morning.

They've been having problems with their server, and seems like both fax machines are quite often busy. But so far, I've never had a problem making phone contact, and service and product have been good.

Their server will not accept an on-line order from me, but I have ordered by phone several times and have been quite satisfied with the products and the service,

I have bought thousands of rounds from Ammoman and am 100 percent satisfied with their selection, their prices, their immediate shipping, and their no hassles approach (no service, shipping, or credit card usage charges).

them about 2 weeks ago and had absolutely
no problems w/everything delivered as

I've got to agree with everyone. I've made numerous purchases with ammoman from ammo to ar15 magazines. Everytime I placed my order using the online ordering system. I've never had any problems at all and everything I received was great. Ammoman is one of the good guys.

Eric's Warehouse is only about 20 minutes from my house. I was there just last week and everything seemed fine.

OK, I just got off the phone with Eric (2/16/01 6:18PM). They are in the middle of installing their own server. It will not be fully functional for a couple more weeks. He said that some browsers will not work with the current site, and they hope to fix that with the new server.

So Leapfrog, he's still there, and a great guy to deal with. Just try to fax another order to him. Even if you have to call the 856 area code number, you'll save enough on your purchase to make the toll call worth while.

Before I started reloading with a progressive, I bought several cases of ammo from Eric. His service is great! I received my order 3 days from the time I placed my order!

Ditto the great service-I had the same access problem the other week-I tried to take advantage of the "internet only" Proload special-----no go on here. I phoned in the order and mentioned the problems to the ever-helpful young lady there.........she gave me the discount (and a few good laughs) over the phone..........ammo in hand 3 days later!!!!! Way to go Eric!!
