What's a good trade for 1500 once fired .308 brass??

Hey guys,

I'm gonna pick up about 1500 once fired .308 brass from a friend.
I could sell it but I'm thinking of trading in the forums for 223/556 brass as that is what I really need.

What would you guys consider a good trade?

1 for 1? (1 .308 for 1 .223)
1 for 2?

Imo it depends. Is the 308 all mixed hs? All milsurp? Matchgrade? Same with the 223 you want.

If it was ne and the 308 is all assorted and mix of milsurp with commercial I'd ask for either a 1 for 2 of the same of 223 or 1 for 1.5 of same type (say all lc stiff).


For an example I've been able to buy 1k of 223 mixed for between 100-150. Milsurp (lc mostly) 308 I've seen for 300 or so.
