What did they do about the 244? Re-name it 6mm Remington with a faster twist. Too little to late.
That would give us a 6.5 Remington with fast twist, in a piece of crap, current production - freedom group, aka Remington, bolt action rifle.
I have no idea, just based on past history. I liked the 6mm too but that boat sailed or sunk. The 260 is taking on water.

They'll create the 6.6mm Remington Ultra Hypermax Super Extra Short Compact Magnum, duh!

"New"? As in nine years old "new"?
If Remington thinks they will sell, they'll make a 700 in 6.5 creedmore.
(Just like they do in nearly every other cartridge)
