What is the best Class III dealer in Wisconsin? I've been badly burned by mine

So, my local class three dealer kept a $250 deposit on two silencers for almost a calendar year. I called repeatedly to make sure that my order was moving forward only to get stonewalled and deflected. I had to show up three times in person to get it resolved, and on the last time, I finally got my deposit back. They obviously did not value me as a customer.

What Class III Dealers have great customer service and prices in ANY location in Wisconsin?
