What Harris adaptor needed for picatinny 1913 rail?

I have an AR-15 with milspec picatinny 1913 quad rails instead of the normal handguard. I noticed many places sell a harris bipod adaptor for "american" or "european" rails. Some specialized places sell them for picatinny but short of buying one of those expensive and hard to find picatinny adaptors can the "american" or "european" rail adaptor fit a picatinny 1913?

why harris doesn't sell a "direct to picantinny" bipod is beyond me.
