What cartridge brass would be best/easiest to resize to 6.5 Creed?

I've heard a lot of different opinions on different chamberings of brass to resize to make 6.5 Creedmoor brass, but which is closest and will require the least amount of sizing? Is 260rem the same dimensions just a different shoulder angle?

22-250 works and you won't have to trim it.

243 works also and is usually cheaper and more plentiful than 260 rem.

I forgot..............You can use 250-3000 savage and it would work the best because you would not have to turn the neck. But its hard to find.

good luck.

I've heard the cartridge referred to as the "6.5 - 250 Savage Ackley Improved. I was a bit surprised that you can use '308 family' brass also.

6.5 Creedmoor brass would be the easiest. Hornady Creedmoor brass isn't any more expensive than any of their other brass. It's a little more than Winchester or Remington brass in cartridges that can be reformed but the time it takes to reform it might be worth it to just buy Creedmoor brass. It probably will last longer too so you really aren't saving any money by reforming cheaper brass. Midway has it in stock here.
