What 9mm plated bullet is this?

Arrrgh! I'm usually good with records keeping, but this one got by me.
Found a bag of 500 bullets on the 9mm shelf which I had bought some time ago and neglected at the time to include the paperwork with the bag.

They are 124/125gr, plated. Perhaps the circle imprint on the base is a clue. I'd like to find out the manufacturer.

definitely 124 grain flat point. it could be any brand, really. I've had hornady that looked the same as that as well.

thanks. I'm thinking it was Hornady. Been through Montana Gold, Berrys, and some other plated bullets without really good results. Price was right, but really scattered groups.

Been thinking it's a transonic thing; OK if the bullet is subsonic, and OK if it is supersonic to the target, but gets wild if it goes subsonic en-route.

Had good results with Hornady's 121gr HAP in that regard.

The other thing I am looking for is an inexpensive bullet suitable for 357sig. Speer's 4362 works great, but ain't cheap.
Hornady's 121gr HAP looked promising, but has too long a snout. If the bullet is seated deep enough for the cartridge to fit in the magazine, we're already past the cylinder and onto the cone in that little bottleneck grip band.

I probably saw the Hornady flat points and, having had good results with the HAP, thought I'd give them a try.

Anyhow, sure like to find out what they are so I know what to buy or not if they do or do not work out well.
