You don't need a Weaver-type base--most .22 rifles, including the Model 60, have a grooved receiver which allows one to attach scope rings directly to the receiver. TASCO and other suppliers sell the rings in 3/4" and 1" scope diameter sizes for less than $10.

I know I can get thoes type of rings, WHat I have is a red dot scope with a built in weaver rings. I saw at at gun show a bace that slid on to the grove to make it from tip off to weaver bace, that is what I am looking for, I have tried B-square, But I am not realy shure who made the mount. ANy help would be greatly apreceated
