they would probably be SBR and would probably need a form for the suppressor, but where would you get 9x39mm? Have they been imported at all? Anyone have and info?

They are not importable for several reasons...

- they would fall under the NFA... all NFA weapons were banned from import except for LE / Govt sales... this was part of the GCA of 1968... this is why one never sees FACTORY imported SBR's, SBS"S and SUPRESSORS.

- there is a trade aggreement between us the Russia that specifies in great detail the firearms that cen be imported for commercial sale. Here is more info...

1. VSS is both integrally silenced AND select-fire weapon
2. it is NOT exported to any private buyers; it's a 'government only' item that can be exported legally from Russia only through the state-owned ROE agency which deals strictly with government-level wholesale buyers.
