Vortex Diamondback vs Weaver V16 vs Clearidge XP?

I am looking at three scopes: Vortex Diamondback 4-12X40AO BDC, Weaver V16 .223 or Ballistic X & Clearidge XP 4.5-14X40 Mil-Dot.

Price is about the same for all three. I like the size of the Vortex and would have ordered it already accept for the fact it is made in the Philippines and the other two in Japan.

It is a little old but it was a good read. I haven't tried any Diamondback scopes but I do like my Vipers. I run a Weaver Grand Slam Tactical 3.5-10 on my .243 but I don't use it in low light conditions so I can't tell you how well it would do in that situation, but it works well for everything else. Never tried a Clearidge.
