Uzi carbine from a de-milled full auto kit?

Has anyone had a s/a uzi carbine made from one of these de-milled uzis you see advertised everywhere? Who did the work? How much $ total was it, including gunsmith fee and other parts ( receiver, 16" barrel, other?) needed in the assembly?

Those parts kits are for just what they're advertised, spare parts for Uzi SMGs, not carbines.

While the two guns look alike from the outside there are many differences. Any ATF agent who looked at supposed "postban Uzi carbine", open bolt, fully automatic lower and a folding stock would be able to nail your hide to the barn door in short order.

The very minimum changes would be to get a serialized carbine receiver, collet and barrel, extractor, ejector, bolt, lower assembly, fixed wooden stock and I may be leaving some out as its been a long time since I looked at an Uzi carbine.
