MI is considering similar legislation. I have a thread about it here: http://www.thefiringline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=374384. Unfortunately the very clause that bills like this try to get around will end up making it useless because Congress has managed to get the Commerce Clause to mean anything that affects inter-state commerce and not just things traded between states. Its nice to talk about these Made in - Stay in laws, but we need to get involved.

Hate to say it, but I bet he doesn't sign it. At least not until Montana wins in Federal court.
