Picked up a used, but mint ruger M-77 mark 11 about a month and a half ago for 400. Been looking for glass to put on it since I bought it. Stopped into my favorate gun shop today, and they had a used vari x 3 in 4.5-14 with ao, for 250. The scope has some nicks on it, but even if I have a problem with it I can always send it in to leupold for repair. Can't wait to get it out and shoot it. The guy I bought the gun from needed the money pretty bad, not a steal on a used ruger, but not bad. He put a timney trigger in it about 6 months before I bought it, he said it shot decent. All he ran through it was factory ammo, so I'll find out what she can do with some handloads. I'm excited cause I was about to drop the coin on a brand new leupy in the same config, only the newer model, going used means I can start shooting her this week instead of a couple months to get it out of layaway. flyboy
