I started looking at the Springfield UC 9mm. It started out looking at a Colt Oacp. But I really like the 9mm pros of a short 1911. I forgot that an SA UC is a 3.5" length, the same as an Oacp.
Yes, the brain will ask, are these two compatible, an Oacp frame and SA UC slide/vice versa (series 80 parts aside)?
The both share the same mags.
Anyway, those of you with an Ultra Compact 9mm, what do you think about it. We had an UC .45 V10 then traded it. I've been having the "maybe we should never have gotten rid of it" thought.
