TulAmmo and Wolf

So is Wolf no more? Has it been changed to "TulAmmo"? I never see Wolf anymore, but I do see TulAmmo and I know that Tula made Wolf for a long time. Also they have adopted Wolf's color scheme.

Anyone have any insight?

Fair enough. Sounds like Tula is no longer manufacturing steel cased ammo for Wolf. I wonder where Wolf is getting their steel cased ammo made now.

You can usually find out by checking the number code on the headstamp. Find a new, post "TulAmmo" box of Wolf, and check the number on the bottom,cross referencing against Russian ammo plant codes.
IIRC, the Wolf packaging is pretty sterile, and didn't indicate the actual factory as was the case for say "XXXX Bear" ammo, which often mentions Barnual on the box, or the various "off" packaging brands used for Ulyanovsk, Vympel, etc. ammo.
