Trijicon turn around

Got a set of the fiber optic tritiums. The front sight is barely visible. I see they have a 12 warranty.

What's the turn around experience? They say they give priority to military and LEO (no problem with that).

Also, I don't have an exact purchase date. Sloppy old me - anyone with experience with that?

Better to just buy some more?

I had wanted some Trijicon sights put on a RIA and Trijicon customer service referred me to Tooltech Gunsite. Shipped the slide to them, they installed, and sent back in 4 days. Don't know if this helps or is even what you're looking for.

Several weeks ago I shipped my 1911 slide with dead lamps on it to Trijicon.

After having spoken to them on phone, they told me between 3 to 6 weeks.

21 days later the arrived at my house.

I am pleased.

P.S.: The original Trijicons lasted 17 years!

Total cost all inclusive $54.

I sent my Les Baer slide in about a year ago.
Trijicon replaced the tritium capsules and shipped the slide back about two weeks later. I believe it was $16 per capsule, times three.

My were back in my hands inside of a month. You need to contact them for a return authorization. The date is painted on the sights, two digits indicating the year they were made.
