Tricked out Colt 1911 Gold Cup .22

This is my new Colt 1911 Gold Cup with a ZRTS Compensator and a set of Crimson Trace front activation laser grips. I have shot nearly a whole brick of CCI solid round nose thru it so far and has had not one hic up.

You've got to do something about those too long grip panels.

Actually there is no clip in the gun. When it is in, the grip is flush with the clip.

NICE! I got the Colt govt model .22lr. You have a nice "tricked" out one. I pefer the traditional look though. I have shot a couple of bricks of various ammo with no issues. I think they are great guns.

Put some new grips on mine too

I built it for steel and bowling pin shoots mainly. I had to put the laser on it since I had my eyes operated on. The Dr. put the wrong lenses in my eyes so I can't see the sights clearly, only the targets. I have tried all types of glasses to help with no luck. A real bummer, but at least the laser works for me with my handguns and scoped rifles are ok also.
