My wife is taking jui jitsu (sp?) / karate and wants me to help her practice. (BTW - this is SO COOL). I need to get some strike pads and such. Know of any good sources?
BTW - I'm fairly well versed in "practical" (not meant as a knock, "non-traditional" would probably be better) h2h personal defense, but I don't want to influence my wife to do things differently than she is being instructed. Taking the class with her is not an option b/c right now she is in a beginner, womens only class. How do I help her with her form and not screw up what she is taught? OR should I just hold the pads?
