Tikka recoil pad

What's your favorite Tikka Hunter recoil pad?
The factory Tikka pad is hard as a rock.

They are much better on the newer rifles and I have no issues with the factory pads on my current Tikka's. I had an older version in 30-06 that I put a
Limbsaver pad on. Recoil felt more like 243 after that.

I have the brand new Apline Camo. Recoil pad is like a brick.

In my shop I install mainly Kick-Eez pads. They do a great job handling recoil. Pachmayer Decelerators are the other option I use, they look really good and work well. Limb-Savers and Hi-Viz recoil pads fail pretty quickly, they'll compress from a rifle sitting on its butt over the winter and will not recover.

That's great information. Too bad I recently installed a Limb Saver.....
