It's not a mock-up. The select-fire CZ-75 really does exist (see Jane's Infantry Weapons, 1999-2000.) The magazine in front of the trigger guard is attached by means of a shoe in the frame, and is used only as a handgrip. The gun feeds from the normal place, a detachable box magazine inside the handle.

You know I used to have one but it got so Boring. I was hit stuff like 8 or 12 times in a single trigger pull. Dull. Ok Ok I never had one. I am just trying to convince myself that I dont want one.

A few years back American Handgunner or Guns magazine did a write-up on CZ after visiting their facility. They had a bunch of nice pics of a number of their past, current, and prototype guns including the production full auto CZ-75 as pictured above. Pretty impressive and a neat idea on the spare mag. Might get a bit messy of the mag is loaded full though.
