The Dem's finest hour?

Someone told me the other day that Hillary Clinton said, regarding the disaster of 9/11, that (to paraphrase) 'This should have been our finest hour' implying that it should have been Al Gore in the White House.

Anyone have a link to that quote?

That would have rivaled their earlier "finest hour" when their close friends and political allies entered Berlin from the East in '45 .
