Took out two other gems. The Beretta felt better in my hand, the Taurus is a bit big on the grip. I had a new trigger spring put in the Beretta and it made a big difference.

Cheap Remington Green Box ammo.

Dick's Sporting goods has a sale on Remington ammo this week.

Taurus guns are great for the money. Resale value isn't very good in most cases. If you are looking for a keeper then they are a great buy. I have owned several Taurus guns and the only one I hated was the PT22.

If you ditch those wood grips and install some factory Taurus plastic grips the two will feel almost identical.I have/do own both brands and it's pretty obvious ( to me anyway ) the Berettas are a little better as far as fit/finish but overall the Taurus guns are reliable, accuraute guns and a good buy for the money.

I've owned more Taurus revolvers by far than their pistols but love my PT92AR as well. I've been thinking for awhile now of getting a 2nd identical one and really should act on the thought. :D

Thank you for the info on the ammo too Logs, much appreciated. :)
I use Remington sometimes, but generally find myself shooting WWB the most, followed by Blazer and S&B.
