My first choice for the Ruger revolver is Bianchi's HuSH holster.

This nylon holster can be worn either as a belt or chest-shoulder rig.
It was designed by noted handgun hunting expert; Dick Metcalf.
The leather Lawman Leather Goods;
www.lawmanleathergoods.com is a well made design. I'm not sure if they offer any scope type shoulder holsters.
