Summer Carry

This works for me during Ohio's hot, humid, dog days. I can drop the Keltec in my short's pocket. Nobody can tell...

For me, in the summer, I carry a 4" N-Frame IWB or OWB, depending upon the cover garmet. In my pocket I have a J-Frame Airweight.

I can hide the N-Frame with a one size too large Polo Shirt. I don't live in the mountains with snow on the ground but rather where we have had over 39 days of 100 degree heat in a row. We got a break for a month and now it's 100+ again.

It is always summer weather in Florida. Yeah, we have a couple of days of below 40F, but for the most part, its warm.

I make do with an IWB holster, holding a Colt Commander or a BHP, with a shirt or jacket worn over it. If its really hot, I may be carrying a J frame in my pants pocket.

Hot and humid days in TX = my Glock 27 in my Smart Carry with an extra mag.

Maybe it's a bit cooler here in North central Ohio, . . . my 1911 went with me today, . . . it stays cooler in the summer if I go Mexican carry

oh yeah forgot, latley if I'm not in dress pants, its been in the $4 holseter I bought at walmart in the airsoft/bbgun department Has a front pouch for an extra mag too
