Striker-fired Revolver?

I've been looking at the Kimber K6. Reviews have stated that it's trigger is exceptionally smooth and light when compared to other DA revolvers. Looking at it, I wonder if it uses a hammer at all.

Is the K6 a striker-fired design?

Also, have there ever been any striker-fired revolvers made before now?
