Spitfire parts; outrageous prices!

I ran across some Spitfire 45 SMG parts while browsing on Gunbroker. Now, I know that these parts are not all that hard to get and that there are semi-auto open-bolt spitfires and/or eagle arms out there that sell in the 1000 - 1,300 range (which could be used for donor parts), but check out some of these prices:

Barrel - $2,400
Wood Stock -$950
Front hand grip - $785
Bolt - $550
Rubber bolt bumper $325

There's a few more parts with similar "nose-bleed" prices.

Where do people come up with prices like this? Seriously, these parts are priced at 10 times more than the going rate. Why not just list the whole parts lot for a gizzillion kabillion dollars?

A good gunsmith can make a new barrel from a 45 ACP barrel blank, stock, forearm. As for the bolt, (s)he'll need blueprints.
