Blue Star list it for $43 a 100 on 1x .250 brass. However it runs $44 a 100 at Midway USA for new Remington brass but it is out of stock. $30 for 50 for Winchester brass at Midway as well. Processed 1X brass is always almost as expensive as new brass unless you are looking to buy 500 or more pieces.

Midway wants $29.99 per 50, $266.99 per 500, $493.99 per 1,000 for Winchester.
$8.99 per 20, $43.99 per 100, $429.99 per 1,000 for Remington. Latter two are currently on back order. Expected to be in this Wednesday though.
Buffalo Arms wants $28.00 per 50, $55.00 per 100 for Winchester.
All the above are BNIB cases.

"..how feasable would it be to neck-up 22-250 Remington?"

IME, it would be easier, you would loose less brass and it has the potential for much better results if you reform larger cases down.

The .473" head size is quite common so donor cases are easy to find in quality. Case reforming is involved but much easier than many seem to believe. I've been making .243 and .22-250 from .30-06 for decades. If I can do it, anyone can do it!
