Some Questions about a .22lr Conversion Kit for AR-15

Stumbled across a $140 .22lr conversion kit by CMMG available on Brownells.

I've checked out a few video reviews, and I think I might buy one very shortly. Anyone have one and can offer any words?

I do have one question I wasn't able to get an answer on in my research.

How is it possible to get the kind of accuracy people are getting, with this kit firing a .22lr bullet through a 1-in-7, 1-in-8 or 1-in-9 twist rate .223 barrel? My Savage .22lr is a 1-in-16, as is my buddy's Henry Golden Boy. So my 1-in-8 .223 barrel would be imparting literally twice the amount of spin on the bullet as my Savage MK II barrel, no? How is this not going to negatively affect accuracy in a big way?

I know..."Don't ask why, stupid! Just be glad it works!"

I suggest a complete rimfire upper if you want best results. I had a 22lr upper and let my Son-in-law have it simply because it didn't perform as I hoped it would. Even it's less then stellar accuracy was better than reports I've heard from chamber adapters.
