Smith and Wesson Model 1000

I have a Smith and Wesson Model 1000 12-gauge shotgun. S&W stopped making this shotgun and sold off the parts to another company. Does anyone know who this company is? I would like to who bought them out so that I can buy parts for this shotgun if I ever need to.
I know I could just call S&W, but it is faster and easier to ask you guys. :D

Henry I too have recently purchased one of these shotguns in 99% condition. The only source I have found for parts is Numrich. Take care of it not all parts are available as of this date.

After S&W dropped the Howa-made S&W Model 1000 auto and the Model 3000 pump, Mossberg sold the guns for about a year or two.

Gun Parts Corporation bought all the remaining parts, and they list them under both S&W and Mossberg.
