Site for Accurate Popular Vote Count

Does a site exist that lists an accurate and up-to-date popular vote presidential vote count? I'm looking for numbers that include all absentee voters, etc.. I'm not sure that the popular vote count that CNN http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2000/results/ and others display is truly up-to-date nor am I sure if these numbers include absentee ballots.

This site shows totals but says that it includes only 99% reporting. I don't think that there are completely final results anywhere yet.
