Sight upgrades for my 1894CB

I'm going to try a new set of sights. I'm looking at this green luminescent dot front sight from Marble:

It seems a hair wider than my stock front sight (stock appears to be at ur just under .500", while this unit from Marble is advertised as .531". The height appears to be virtually identical, as mine roughly measures 3/8" (.375") and this one is advertised as .375".

However, I'm having some difficulty picking out my rear sight. I'd like one of Marble's rear sights that are adjustable for both windage and elevation, but they are offered in different heights and I don't know how to match one to my stock Marble semi-buckhorn.

They are offered in heights of .360", .460", and .520". The link goes to the .460" model.

I would like one that gives me as much range in elevation adjustment as possible, hopefully as much as the adjustment range on the stock rear sight.

And maybe I'm going about this wrong. Perhaps I should choose a rear sight and choose a front to match. Perhaps if I choose the .460" rear sight, for example, then instead of using a .375" front sight I should use a .340" or .312" or something.

Can anyone help me?
