Sig sauer 1911 Target

Hi Folks, I recently bought a Sig Sauer 1911 Target Model, has anyone had any issues with this particular gun. And if so could you please fill me in on some details on what the are or were. Also any particular ammo they like or dont and magazines that work very well. I have already figured out that the traditional 1911 holster dont all fit this gun. I do know the gun is a tack driver with the 34 rounds I did fire through it.

I don't have any experience with that particular model, but you might want to go over the 1911 forum and they have sections for specific 1911 makers. I'm sure you can find a lot of info on the Sig 1911 there. Good luck and post some pictures when you can!

I have a Sig 1911, but not that model. I am not aware of any problems specific to Sig 1911s these days. I carry mine on a regular basis. I use a Sparks Summer Special II but it barely fits. You might want to contact C5 Leather. Their website uses a Sig 1911 for demo purposes a lot. http://www.c5leather.com/
