Sig p290 integrated laser

I bought my wife a Sig p290 yesterday. The piece came with night sights and an integrated laser, all factory equipment. She took it out this afternoon and after a few mags she decided to try the laser. She turned the laser on, pulled the trigger, laser turned off. She tried it again, same thing, again, same thing. Now, I am not really a handgun guy, so, while this seems unusual, I thought I would ask the handgun guys before I contact sig

I own a P290 also but not the Sig Laser.. Id just contact Sig they seem to have first class service... Probably mail you a new one.
