Traded two revolvers that just sat in the safe today for a new Sig 229 Legion.

Congrats to you. I've got almost 2K trouble free rounds through mine. Trigger actually smoothed out IMHO.

The only mod I made is the Armory Craft takedown lever.

I really miss my P229 pistols. They're one of my favorite handguns ever. I still have an old (2000) P228.

The P229 Elite Darks are what I've had as I really liked the beaver tails on them. One killed itself (frame rails sheared) and the other started doing the same.
I did have a Legion in 357SIG with a 40S&W barrel but sold it in 2020 because things were getting dodgy.

This is making me want another, but I'll exercise restraint. Love it. You will, too. Especially if you bought it new. (Warranty only works that way.)
