CCI/Speer makes the capsules and has the recipes right on the box. Use their powder recommendation, dip the capsule in till it is full, put the top on and insert in the sizing die

I got a box of the Speer capsules and have been very happy with the results on snakes. Powder recommendation are right on the box as stated. Hell on snakes out of my SP101. I use #8 shot.

You do have to crimp them in or they don't hold up. I found that out the hard way. I don't know if I've shot regular shells though with snake shot in the other cylinders, vertainly not 357's... usually only carry them when I'm hunting snakes.
