Took a Sig Pro 2009 in on trade this week and it went to the range for the first time today. Brought the trusty P6 along to compare the shooting experience. I have changed the sights on my P6 to standard dot-bar so they both had the same sights.
The Sig Pro and the P6 shot equally well for me and both are very comfortable to shoot. At 10-12 yards I can easily keep everything in a 3-4 inch circle which is good for me and my old eyes. Until I took this one in on trade I had no real knowledge of the poly Sigs but I'm glad I took the chance on this one.
Also as a smoke test, I ran half a box of Georgia-Arms Gold Dots thru both with no problems at all. I'm amazed on how similar they are to shoot and I now have a pair of 9mm Sigs to play with...
