There are many threads here about states with regards to gun laws. Most of us are pretty familiar with this. I bet most of us can name the gun friendly and the not so gun friendly states off the tops of our heads.
This thread is about access to shooting areas. How is the state you live in for this? Is there much public land or is it mostly private land? If it is mostly private, how easy is it to get permission to use it?
