My Grandfather has 2 .22lr cal. handguns(el chepo's)one auto and one revolver that have suffered some water damage from the recent Hurricane.I am a student of the gun,and am inquiring about shipping? If it is just for a repair job does he still need to ship to me through a lisenced FFL dealer?Even if disassembeled, or possibly in seperated packages( frame of guns in a package and other cylinder and slide)? I want to stay fully legal here ,so as always any help is appreciated..
