shipping magazines to france

A user from france wants to buy some hard to find magazines from me. He has the proper permit in France for his guns. I cant find much of anything that says whether I can legally ship them to France from the US. The ATF site and Customs sites are not really of any help. I have a copy of the permit to include with the shipment. Anyone have any experience with this kind of situation?

Well, it sorta works like this../.

IF they are the English language versions of PLAYBOY, GUNS&WHAMMO ETC ETC there is no problem. If they are the French versions he'll have to pay for them not being pornagraphic enough.
