SCOTUS update/timeframe?

Anyone know when the timeframe runs out for the SCOTUS grant/refuse cert on the Parker 2A case? Any updates? Thanks.

As far as I know they still haven't decided if they will even hear the case.

I think the SCOTUS has about 90 days, or perhaps longer, to grant or deny cert. I think they've only had the application for about 3 weeks or so.

The Supreme court granted the 30 day extension requested by the District of Columbia. The filing of the petition will now take place on or before September 5, 2007 instead of August 6, 2007.
