Scope mount w/ top rail for Ruger SFAR 308?

Just bought a Ruger SFAR 308. I would like a scope mount like the Burris PEPR. It needs to have atleast one top mount rail for a red dot. I'm trying to find something a bit cheaper than the Burris. (I'm putting together a few rifles right now and need to save some coin). Amazon has tons of super cheap options but I want it to work. I also want to keep my weight down. Suggestions? One more....I also need an ambi-safety. Which one should I get?

For mounting red dot, I like this one better, so that I can have any angle I like.

I opted for a piggyback ring when I did something like this. Found it a little more versatile in regards to mounting options.

EGW, Burris, and Larue all have one off the top of my head.

Not what you asked for, but I like lightweight so I would go with something from Aero Precision. I think my scope mount is 2.5oz.

For an Ambi-Safety, I recommend the Talon.

I used it for a build I gifted to my father who is wrong handed (Lefty). I built him a full ambidextrous control rifle. The Talon was quality, easy to install, customizable, and smooth to operate.

Which SFAR do you have? Mine is a 16 inch barrel variant. I replaced the handguards, charging handle, and gas block on mine. So far it has been very reliable. For an optic I selected a SLX microprism 3x scope with a LaRue tactical QD mount with some BUIS.
That set up weighs ~9.5 onces or 1 once more than the Burris PEPR mount by itself.
