I picked this up new a few weeks ago, shame it's no longer a production rifle! I figured there wasn't much of a demand for heavy barrel 30-06 rifles anymore and have since been told differently by a friend who works at a local shop. Anybody here have a Savage 116 heavy barrel and if so what's your opinion of it? I know I'll love it just like every Savage I have
