Sam's Club... a follow-up on the Costco threads

I was just a Sam's club today asking about their policy on firearms.

State law applies, no further restrictions. That means that open carry is alright and concealed with a permit, according to state law.

I told them I was there looking into a membership at their store because of Costco's policy toward gun owners who choose to be responsible for themselves. I also told the gal that I knew many people who were upset about Costco's policy.

So, now I'm passing this information to you.

Sam's Club has an equal selection to Costco, and prices that at least match their's.

They've got MY business, and Costco gets copies of my reciepts from Sam's Club.

It's your choice, but if you have the choice, I would choose the warehouse that chooses not to smear gunowners as felons waiting to happen.

Considering the Walmart firearms and ammo policies that have been discussed here, its kind of hard to think that
Sam's is a bastion of 2nd amendment freedom... but ok.

Well, some folks just get their panties in a wad when a store tries to cover butt against lawsuits... All it takes is one idjit buying a firearm, and then setting it down while they look at another item and it getting lifted and then used in a crime...

Personally, I've never had a problem with Wally World.
