S&W's Awesome Customer Service!

I purchased a S&W model 34-1 .22 revolver at a auction for $75.00 but the cylinder would not rotate on 3 of the 6 chambers. I noted that the ejector was junk and that S&W required this part to be replaced at the factory.

I sent the gun in and waited 14 weeks with no reply. After 3 phone calls, $120 and 17 weeks...I got my gun back fixed and it works fine. S&W sure does have great service.

My NIB 586-7 froze up on my 1st and 2nd range sessions. The casings were froze so tight, I couldn't tap them out.

It took 2 weeks for the repair after shipping, and IMHO that's pretty good service...:D
